Football Manager 2011 skin I use

My Football Manager 2011 skin

Short post today, my dear readers. Just want to share the skin I use in Football Manager 2011. It’s created from the dark skin of Michael Murray with my slight but significant changes:

- Changed colours:

Orange, green, yellow and grey colours were selected by me to underline difference between attribute values of players and staff.

- Changed attributes thresholds:

You will have 18, 15, 11 threshold instead of 15, 10, 5. It means that all attribute values higher than 17 will be drawn with orange colour. It helps to understand player’s quality more quickly – this idea came out of my personal user experience.

FM 2011 skin installation steps

1. Unpack the RAR file using 7-Zip or WinRar.
2. Copy its unpacked content to folder “skins” subfolder of your Football Manager “user data” folder (if “skins” folder doesn't exist - create it!).
3. For being able to see kits from installed pack you must have the following settings in FM 2011 Preferences:
- Use Skin Cache = Off
- Always Reload Skin on Confirm = On

    Good skin and layout :) I am currently using the default dark snik because I had some PC problems bur before that I used a skin that was like FM07 if I am not wrong. Wish you luck with deportivo and I am sure you can be a legend in the club :)

    Vitalily, your screen shot doesn't show the polygon that is next to the player picture on the default skin. Is that because it is not part of the skin you are use?

    I suppose u can't explain how to edit the attribute colours yourself? Because I like the attributes but I don't want the black skin.

    skin that Vitality used doesn't effect polygon.I apply the skin myself still show the polygon.
    Anyway to Vitality thanks for sharing the skin and credit to creator of the skin. :)

    Hmm... I don't like this skin, as it is missing the shape next to the picture. When I look at players, I glance at the shape, and if I think he is quite good I then analyse his stats.

    Colours of attributes can be changed in this file: Football Manager 2011\skins\base2011bg_dark\settings\base2011bg_dark settings.xml

    How do you manage to get the clubbadge in the background of the player face in playerprofile? On my game there is only the playerface and next to it a skill graph...

    it's the standard function I believe. The badges are displayed by default.

    Dude , i make folder Skins , but now whan i start the game it sayas "Processing...Processing...Please wait " and i wait for about 20 min ..nothing where is the problem ? :)

    Darko, I had the same problem with it, found that if you put the folder into the Tools/editor/data/skins folder in the game directory then start the game & go to prefrences & select the FM 2011 Dark skin from the skin drop down menu in the display & sound tab it will load it on confirm, the only problem i have now is that the yellow, orange & gren colours dont show on the attributes numbers, not sure why that is. hopefully someone else can answer that

    I installed the Russian version. For some reason i cant seem to find the skin in my skin choices. Copied the skin to the right folder. Dont know if there's anything else i'm missing
