Following Europa League course…

The first half of season #5 is over. And I am ready to start sharing good news about my Leeds now.

Premier League and League Cup

Premier League table standing after the 1st half of season

So you’ve just seen Leeds at the 5th position after 19 fixtures played. Sure I would even start to dream about Champions League place but currently we are not so stable. Though the potential is really high because many new players were bought before the season and they don’t play as much as possible effectively for a while. Anyway Europe League place has to be taken by my club in spite of such tough contenders as Aston Villa and Tottenham.

Here are the last Leeds match results:

Leeds matches against Man City, Portsmouth and others

At first I would like to boast that we managed to win away match against Liverpool. And that was made in really confident way with 2:0 score.

Also one of the most interesting oppositions was between Leeds and Aston Villa. My guys showed excellent self-control in League Cup match ruling events on the pitch Applause The result – getting to semi final where we’ll play with Everton that had relegated to the Championship in the last year. The second match against Aston Villa was horrible: penalty due to Nilsson’s fault, poor mistake of Enyeama and additional goal during the last minutes Sad

I want to praise Gignac

Yes, I want to praise my new forward! Happy But first of all here is traditional player list from me sorted by average rating:

Leeds players sorted by average rating, FM 2010

Worst Leeds players, FM 2010

Best players of the first half of the season are:

- Brede Hangeland

- Marco Verratti

- Jadson

- Marquinhos

- Andre-Pierre Gignac

Gignac – Leeds scoring maching

Gignac is world-class forward as for me. He scored 17 goals in 19 games – what a marvellous effectiveness! 15 of them were scored in Premier League, and therefore Gignac is at the 2nd position in this rating:

Unfortunately Andre-Pierre got injury in the last match and will miss League Cup semi final:

5-6 weeks needed to recover from the injury.

Best Premier League assisters

There are two Leeds players among top 5 assisters of Premier League actually:

Marquihnos and Verratti among best assisters, FM 2010

Both Marquinhos and Verratti seem to love finding Gignac with their creative passes.

Questions and answers

You asked me several questions and I am answering on them just right now.

Question: Your team selections for one home match and one away match?

Home match:

Home team selection, Leeds

Away match:

Away team selection, Leeds

Playing away games I try to use more quick wingers Padalino and Wallace. It helps to conduct fast counter-attacks. I rotate also Jadson and Verratti. Jadson is slightly better in quick first touch football style.

Question: Anyway, can you post a screen shot of your first 11 as i don't exactly know who they are. Also do you play Jonathan Howson?

Here I selected best eleven of Leeds. I would also add here Jadson but his place is taken by Verratti. Normally I rotate them. Moreover I started to try using Marco Verratti as AMR. I don’t feel now if it’s good position for him… We’ll see.

I don’t use Jonathan Howson often. He is on the substitution bench now.

Question: You're staff now, also how did you find their star raiting? i can find it for all staff together but not individually! also i think it would be kind of nice to see you're addictedness thing!!
