FM 2010 Patch 10.1
Football Manager 2010 Patch 10.1 is announced and can be downloaded from here. In my opinion the most important changes in the patch are:
- Fixed player listed as 'Unh' no longer will have no evidence that they are unhappy on their personal section.
- Adjusted quality of newgens produced in both active and inactive leagues.
- Fixed crash when going to squad screen after retiring
- Fixed bug where Match Preview screen was missing team and competition links.
- Extra-time and penalty wins now indicated on team fixture panel
- Fixed players on very high wages requesting a lot less when renewing contract.
- Prevented board from stepping in and accepting bids just over the basic value of the player on behalf of a manager when player was transfer listed.
- Prevented big clubs from actively looking to replace their terrible third choice goalkeepers
- Fixed bug where playmaker and target man roles were not being setup correctly in the match.
I somehow got Fm2010 a day early but i wouldnt let me install it??
Its workin today though and its amazing

Yeah, i've already installed the patch , but it still the same ******** with offsides! It makes me angry,some decissions of the linemen are ...No Comment.Example:
My AMR -Blaszczykowsky crossed the ball not to forwards also to the defender in the centre of the midfield.All the players- mine and oposite ,were in oposites half, and the linesman said its OFFSIDE?!And not only, trough ball to forward wich is in the centre(in my half)- OFFSIDE!?
I think thats a big problem!
Mate, don't diss the game just because you're losing. Perhaps improve your skills?
I've been playing it, and I like it. The improvement from 09 to 10 isn't that much, but it really makes 09 feel like an unfinished product. 10 is just so much more smoother and spiffy.
Installing from steam now :D...hmmm i think i will manage my beloved QPR :), btw vitaly think you should manage leeds as they are a great team to manage, and loved your hull story, will defo be keeping up to date on your fm 2010 story who ever you decide to go :) (Just dont go newcastle ;) )

Mate,i'm not losing.I did a wonder with Borussia Dortmund.2-nd place without money and any transfers.I've commented this bug.I'm not gonna cry because I recieved a goal,it was just a comment.
did anyone try this patch already?do you have to start a new game for this patch to have effect?

Not delievered today so probably get it monday...oh well...got it for £18 so im not that bothered...i guess its xbox for a while :)
gunna get accrington stanley to prem this time...hopefully ill get there after getting really close last time...but it looks as if its gunna be ahrder as well :(

guys when i put the disc in nothing comes up and when i click on my steam account it just says connecting and has been like that for about 1 hour ??

The main thing I've noticed is the 'dark' theme seems to have been 'fixed' and is much more readable in places where it was hard to before!

Given the code is for use with Steam, and you can install from the DVD without the code, that looks so much a scam to get as many of these codes as you can.
I'm still waiting for.... really annoying to see lad has already played the games....hope today its available....cheers.. will create a new blog for this new games...see yaaa
the matchplay and interface changed in quality (liked the one before the patch)and fewer goals from set pieces. i liked the game before the patch but wouldn't let me manage a national side as well as a club side simultaneously.
the tactics seem to work though. especially "pump the ball into box" and "exploit flanks"
Vitaly, i need help, i have installed FM2010 on steam, so where do i save the patch download? and other downloads like facepacks and skins (:

"If you have purchased, installed and activated via another digital download partner, you will should already have a patcheversion of FM2010, and should be running version 10.1.0 - DO NOT MANUALLY PATCH digital downloads like eSellerate or Steam - it will cause errors with your game. "
I still can't see if, after applying the patch, the fixes have an effect on my previously saved game. I've lost almost a dozen players because of the 'chairman decided to accept the offer blabla' bug ! HATE IT!
