It’s very difficult to find and sign a 6-star coach. And I’m silent about 7-star coaches…

I use Chelsea in my game and it's quite easy to find 6 or 7 star coach actually . . .
How about your coaches reputations any way? Are they world-class?
    Btw, your blog is nice!

  2. Jer Says:

can some1 tell me who a gud assantant manager???

  3. Anonymous Says:

What skills does a coach need to be a good set piece trainer?

  4. Rafael Says:

Would be really good someone clarify what key attributes a assistent manager, coach and scout should have.

Thanks, sorry for the bad english xD

By the way, luv u blog <3

  5. Rio Says:

For set pieces coach, I'd recommend that the coach have high attributes in techniques coaching . . .
For scout, u only need Judge Player's Ability and Potential

  6. Scottish Scott Says:

Rafael, V did a post on this

  7. Rafael Says:

Scott, dunno if i already read Vitaly's post.

But i followed some guides and havent success in 7 star coaches.

    Seems Vitaly dont too.

Sorry, seems like link was incomplete.

    Complete link

  9. LiamTheWelshman Says:

Valter Di Salvo is an Italian coach that gets 7(or whatever he maximum is) star Aerobic training.

Ricardo Cruz - who is also contracted to Brazil - gives you a very good Goalkeeping training.

By the way, Vitaly, I'd love to get your opinion on some of my football manager blog entries:

Seriously, that isn't shameless self-promotion, I really would like your advice and opinion, Vitaly.

uuuuh thx for that link rafael, i have now 7 stars coaches for all areas and for a very reasonable price! :). too bad i had already spent like 2M euros bringing world-class coaches that wouldnt give me 7 stars rating :P

  11. Liam Rooney Says:

People think that having 7 star coaches means they will train players better and this isn't the case at all.

All 7 star coaches do increase the amount of players that they can train while keeping the workload down. They do not affect training of your players in any other way.

So once you have the workloads all on light there is now point what so ever in trying to get coaches with high star ratings, its just pointless.

Good luck with the rest of your season though and grats on your 100th post =)

  12. Anonymous Says:

Wim Jansen is a brillisnt assitant manager

  13. Anonymous Says:

I have ligh workload and 7 stars rating for all areas and an average of 2 coaches per area. Are u saying this makes litle diference? ...

  14. Anonymous Says:

some of the players you say are very good in your season i cant find in my game do u hav a certain league at the start if so which ones do you choose and what year are you in on your hull game

  15. Anonymous Says:

Do you have the scottish league set in your game? if so how are celtic getting on
PS. I won them the champions league

  16. Scottish Scott Says:

Rafael, I have difficulty getting 7 star coaches using Vitaliys advice but 6 star coaches arent to difficult to come by if your team has a good reputation.

Liam Rooney, what is your source for this as I havent ever contemplated this thought and just took it for granted that the star rating was judging the effectiveness of your coaches.

Finally, does anyone feel that the training in CM4 was a lot more enjoyable and realistic as you could specify the exact training your players where doing like 5-a-side games etc. I personally enjoyed the format but it lasted for only one game :(

  17. Anonymous Says:

Its really easy to get 7 stars if u do what is said on the link Rafael posted.

For instance, it says that a 7stars defendind coach must have defense + mental (18+18, 19+17, 20+16) so u just have to find a coach (go to search staff) that has it and u assign him only to defense and u have ur 7stars. in 20 min i had it all 7 stars.

  18. Rafael Says:

No, the point is, even following the instructions i CANT get a 7 star coach.

Maybe is just mine training resource/facility, dunno exactly.

  19. Rafael Says:

    Look my coachs

I need to improve more now that i got a place in Euro Champ, maybe i can get some better coaches now.
Havent tried yet. But marjoritary is adequate by the 7 star coach guide, heh, at less theoretically...

  20. Rafael Says:

But i doubt that, cuz my board dont allow me request improve training/youth facilities.

And in information on my club, my training facilities is like chelsea/man city/arsenal...

    look: My info

So i dunno what is the problem...

  21. Rafael Says:

I forgot to mention, look two regen monster i got in my team.

Im really impressed, and bigger clubs never leave me alone with them, i hate them.

But even unhappy they stay with me, is my 4th season with them, theres no way i will sell.

    Gabriel Uribe

    Raymon Bergmans

No matter how much i look Gabriel's graph, i always fall in love.

  22. Anonymous Says:

how do u find the best regen players? or u just have to be lucky when searching for normal players?

  23. Rafael Says:

Anonymous, dunno if u asked for me.

But all my regens was found by mine scouts. Except by Gabriel Uribe if arent making any mistake. I have others really good regens but anywhere close to theses two awesome regens xD

If i remember well i found him searching a full back that my team was lacking. And he is not even a fullback, i did asked him to training D R position.
But with that awesome attributes its pretty easy find him in whatever position u search, but GK, of course xD.

    @ Scottish Scott

Here is a link that explains what I said:

    http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php?t=62706&highlight=star+workload

Seriously you guys are just wasting time and effort if your workloads are already light and your still looking for 7 star coaches.

The things that effect how your players train are match practice, club facilities, age and the hidden mentality professionalism.

  27. Rafael Says:

Guys, unexpected i won premier league and euro champions, i havent words to mean how much happy im felling

Hope u conquer that too in this season Vitaly.

I just managed Leeds cuz u blog, never had tried something like that before. Your blog that lead me to that.

Again i say, luv your blog, keep writting, thanks <3

  28. Rafael Says:

Unfortunately I lost FA cup, this have much value in england?
Dunno cuz im brazillian, and even here i dont follow much football, i just like football manager and its all hehehehehe.

Here some pics, how u can see, my team aint a world class team, just a good team, nothing reallyyy special.

Maybe my dressing room that rounds 75 to 83+%

I passed first two seasons in holyday, cuz i just like build up the team, not follow ever game. But this showed awful and i cant even promote Leeds to Championship League(Leeds starts in Coca Cola League 1). And my dressing room was 0%, so i search how to increase that and dont went in holyday anymore, since that day my team worked much better.

The bore thing is that i have to make each game(i dont watch), but to see wonderful things like that, is really worth.
