Hull – Liverpool 5:0

I have just had the best match since the very time of Hull story’s beginning! My team overwhelmed Liverpool in beautiful style scoring 5 goals! Even downpour wasn’t an obstacle to explain one of our competitors that Hull is really strong now! Smile

Hull - Liverpool 5:0, Football Manager 2009

Unfortunately there was the injury of Rakic – our best central forward. At least it is not long-termed – about 2-3 weeks.

Ok, compare player ratings of the both teams:

Blaise O’Brien prepared a surprise for me performing very well on MC position and scoring twice. I didn’t use him at this position earlier. Only as right winger.

Undoubtedly our fans are delighted with the result:

    Great result Vitaly,

I am wondering Vitaly whether or not you have changed your staff at your time at Hull. It is just that it may upset the players, but in the long term is it better that they have high quality staff, improving their skills etc.

You're doing great with Hull and I'm sure that if you can perform more consistently your team has a bright future ahead of them.

    Cheers

Win competitions with them and try not to buy too many new players.

    Anonymous,
Liverpool used 4-2-3-1 formation with 3 attacking midfielders.

    Anonymous,
I change staff in quite slightly way. I try to find a better coach when contract of one of my coaches comes to an end. If I don't find I sign a contract with the old one.

    Hello Vitaliy!

I really enjoy your blog and check every day for new entries :)

I am in a situation were all my coaches, fitness coaches, physiotherapists get bought by other clubs. How can I be sure I have the optimal staff?????

    hi vitaliy,
need to ask, i've found an annoying trouble at my squad yesterday... one of my player became a tutor of one another, but in the end they're end up to tell if they have different personality,
is it possible they're end up to dislikes each other??? for quick solution, i offer them a new contract, it's true they thought is dissepear from they profiles, but i don't think it's a permanent solution...what do u think vitaliy? have u ever encounter the same problem?

  15. Scottish Scott Says:

Roy, its a risk of tutoring which is there. I personally havent been able to stop them from disliking each other although after a while their unhappiness might go away. I ussually, if they are both good players, keep them both until one can be sold at a good price or when a good replacement can be found. However, i may just get rid of the older one because i want to see how the youth develops :) its just a matter of judgement really. If someone has resolved a feud before without waiting I would love to hear how.

  16. Vitaliy Mokosiy Says:

    ROY,
I think offering new contract is enough to resolve your problem
